The Grade XII Business Studies syllabus is divided into two compulsory parts - Part A: Principles and Functions of Management and Part B: Business Finance and Marketing. Each unit carries separate marks and together they form a 3-hour examination of 100 marks.
Focus areas: management concepts and functions, business environment, organisation and staffing, directing and controlling, financial management and markets, marketing management and consumer protection.
Total Marks: 100Time: 3 HoursBoth Part A and Part B are compulsory.
